In texting my cousin Kasea at the end of last week, I learned that we were going to have RIBS on Saturday nite at my Grandpa's. I don't think I've ever told you how AMAZING my Uncle Steve's ribs are! Words can't do them justice, they are just YUM, YUM, YUM! He cooked them on the smoker (see below) and they were just delicious. We keep telling him he should enter some bbq contests or something, they are that good.
